Stovetop Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine rice, liquid, and butter or oil in a pot, and bring to a boil.

  2. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer, and cook for 40 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat (keep covered) and steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.

Rice Cooker Instructions

To prepare in a rice cooker, use the same liquid to rice ratio. If rice is too firm at the end of cooking, it may be necessary to add 1-2 Tbsp. liquid and cook longer.

The standard for brown rice

There is a reason we have two backup bags. Great flavor. Numerous ways to enjoy it. With eggs in the morning. On it's own with dinner. With or without olive oil. Our to rice.
